As we have zero tolerance towards spam. No member may spam their affiliate link out to people.

We will also have the right to prosecute you for losses due to your spamming activities.

If you have been spammed by one of our members, please report it here and we will investigate the matter. Please include the entire spam email.

By paying an utilizing World Business Solutions you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions stated on this page. Specifically, you agree not to violate any copyright laws and agree not to SPAM.

When World Business Solutions Is Down

From time to time (about every 7 or 8 weeks) we have to take World Business Solutions down to clean the system out. We are not responsible for any loss or damage nor are we responsible to let you make up leads that you missed the day we were down. We always give notice that we will be down and we always split it between two days so you still have time to get that days leads.

Payment Policy:

Unless otherwise advised, all invoices, estimates and quoted amounts are in United States dollars. We use PayPal as our credit card processing systems.

Refund Policy

Plain and simple, this is a service that can't be returned. Therefore, there are no refunds given, no matter what the reason.

Canceling World Business Solutions

You must cancel your account YOURSELF. In order to make sure you're not charged for the next month, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date. DO NOT EMAIL US TO CANCEL YOU. YOU MUST CANCEL YOURSELF. To cancel, log into your World Business Solutions system and click the Settings button. You will see a cancel link at the bottom of that page. Click the link and it will take you to paypal to cancel. If the link don't work, you must then log into your paypal account and find this subscription and cancel it.

Credit Card and Stormpay Chargebacks

Any Customer who initiates a chargeback on their credit card, (removal of World Business Solutions, LLC debit of your credit card account for Fees or Stormpay Account) will be subject to (1) an Administrative Fee of $100.00 per chargeback, (2) re-payment of the amount(s) originally charged to the credit card or Stormpay (3) and immediate termination of all Customer’s Plan(s).

Prohibited Use

World Business Solutions servers may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or distribution of any information, data, or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation, or that may directly facilitate the violation of any particular law or regulation is prohibited.

Examples of prohibited use include, but are not limited to:

• materials subject to trademark, copyright or other laws protecting any materials or data of others in the absence of a valid license or other right to do so;
• material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws;
• unauthorized use or disclosure of private, personally identifiable information, or proprietary information of others;
• adult-oriented sites, pornography and sex-related merchandising , including sites that may infer sexual content of any kind or provide links to adult content elsewhere. Acenet also prohibits sites that provide storage, sale, distribution, hypertext link to, advertisement, promotion or hosting of material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harmful, threatening, harassing, or an intrusion of privacy or publicity rights, or is otherwise objectionable; and
• storage, posting, display, transmission, advertising of or otherwise making available child pornography.

By using our software, products or services you agree to and accept the licensing agreement stated on this page. All documentation, goods and services are provided "as is" and without warranty. We hereby disclaim all warranties relating to any documentation, goods and services, whether express or implied, including warranties of suitability. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting in loss of revenue or data, incurred by you or any of our products, information or services. We reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions stated on this page at any time without notice. You agree to be bound by such revisions, and you are encouraged to periodically revisit this page to review the then current terms and conditions.

We grant you the right to use one copy of our service purchased, anyone cought sharing will be deleted.

You agree that any issue or dispute that may arise between World Business Solutions and yourself in respect to this web site or it's goods or services will be resolved and governed by and within the courts and laws of Colorado and Archuleta County. If your local laws do not allow for such an agreement, you must delete your account supplied to you by us and you are hereby notified of the termination of this license.
